By closely observing social developments, we recognized the need of students and their parents to create a protected and safe environment in which every child will have the opportunity to grow and flourish. Thus, Doukas School became the first educational institution in Europe to receive the European Certification for “Tackling Violence and Bullying-Management System for Organized Structures including formal educative institutions & informal educative environments attended by Minors”.
Our certification is based on the implementation of the “Policy for the Prevention and Handling of Violence and School Bullying”, under the responsibility of the Child Psychology Department, which was created in accordance with the National and European legislation on school violence and school bullying and is based on the model of the European Antibullying Network.
