Physical Education and Sports are key elements of our educational program. Our goal is to transmit to children the love for an active and healthy lifestyle, so that this becomes a consolidated behavior for their entire life. Participation in sports activities provides additional training opportunities for students who wish to specialize and / or participate in selected individual and team sports competitions. We provide sports opportunities in our basic curriculum through the courses of Physical Education and School Sports, in our after school program and in the teams of the AC Doukas School (ASED) through the participation of children with an athlete’s registration licence.
An important factor for the implementation of physical education programs are our sports facilities (Indoor stadium and outdoor fields, swimming pool, track, Gym and Dance Halls), the Doctor’s office, the Ergometric center, sports equipment and technological means.

It is about an innovative Physical Education program in Kindergarten carried out by a specialized scientist, through a valid and reliable means of detecting motor disabilities. The motor difficulties that some students may face are identified in order to enhance the child’s development and social integration. In cases where certain difficulties are identified, a personal file of the child's performance and development is compiled and suggestions are made to the parents to enhance the specific motor skill. Depending on the results and the child’s progress, the specialized interventions continue in the first grades of Primary School.
