2nd Transnational Project Meeting
21st March 2023
Athens, Greece
The 2nd Transnational Meeting of the Erasmus+ project “robosSTEAMkids: Upgrading early childhood education and care through the digital upskilling of teachers and the introduction of an inclusive STEAM and Robotics programme” was held on the 21st of March 2023 in Athens, Greece.
Doukas School hosted the meeting and all partners were present. The participants discussed the current state of the project and especially the progress and finalization of Result 1. Furthermore, partners focused on the development of the training modules for ECE teachers that will be developed in the forthcoming months.
Finally, partners have discussed Result 3, the creation of the roboSTEAMkids inclusive platform. The platform will be ready in December 2023 and it will be available in all partner languages (English, Greek. Polish, Romanian, Croatian and Italian). The platform will target teachers of children aged up to 6 years old.
Overall, the meeting was successful and efficient. Partners agreed upon upcoming tasks and deadlines and started organising the next project meeting proposed for November 2023, as well as what would be worked on during the next meeting where the final training modules would be presented and feed into work plans for Result 3 and the development of the platform.
In this second meeting of the roboSTEAMkids project, partners also took the opportunity to get to know each other better, forging stronger working relationships between them so as to ensure the highest quality of the results of the project, ensuring their consistency and that all partners are on the same page in terms of ultimate aims and objectives for the forthcoming activities.
