Admissions

The admissions period is from October to May and concerns the grades with available places. Priority is given to the siblings of our students and the children of our Alumni.

Meeting with Parents

If you would like to get all the necessary information about Doukas School program, you can contact Mr. Panos Dotsios, Head of Admissions Department (210 6186107 and 210 6186102 – 08:30 – 15:30) to schedule your meeting. You can also fill the Enrolment Form below and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Meeting with Students

A meeting of your child with one of our teachers is scheduled before admission.

The purpose of this meeting is to assess the student’s knowledge and skills.

Enrolment

After the meeting with your child, you will be notified about the enrolment procedure and the necessary documents. You will also receive all information about the new school year.

    1. The purpose of collecting the above information is to provide information on your child’s enrolment at Doukas Schools.
    2. We process your data in paper and electronic form and all relevant files are kept in a special (restricted) space in our premises. We take and regularly renew all necessary Technical and Organizational Measures to protect your data.
    3. Your Personal Data will only be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of enrolment and will be deleted in the event that your child does not enroll in our school. If your child enrolls in our School, the data contained in this Form may be used for the purposes of the relevant contract between us.
    4. . You have the right at any time to submit a written request to our School (attn: Mr. Kotsanis Ioannis, email: dpo@doukas.gr, tel.: 2106186000) to find out if we keep your Personal Data and, in the affirmative, to request the correction or their deletion, restriction of processing or portability of the data we hold for you, in accordance with the specific provisions of the General Personal Data Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority. (www.dpa.gr).
